Voice and Non Voice Process

• Resolve customer complaints

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

• Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times

Eligibility Criteria : 10+2 (12th) and 10+3 (12th + 1 year of experience) minimum education required

Graduates with Work Experienced would be a great fit for this Job Role.

Salary : Experience : 2,17,200. Take home salary - 14238
