Sri City is a strategic tooth brush manufacturing location in Colgate world and is growing in size. It will be a larger organization with associates numbering more than 1000 in two years’ time. The plant has a young workforce which is relatively new to the organization. The position will be responsible for Sustainable Employee Relations, Compliance, Welfare, Statutory Compliance, Plant Administration, People Budget and Productivity improvement of the toothbrush factory.
